Failed -- Check Username and Password

I was receiving the above error message, so I
downloaded Release 73.

It fixed the error message on ONE of my TWO accounts.
The message still appears on the other account.

I changed the password on the one that doesn't work to
match the one that works to make sure that it wasn't a
password issue. It still gave me the error.

So I copied the working conf file to the non-working
conf file, and changed the username and password, to
make sure it wasn't a typo. It still gave me the
error.

Not sure why the new release works on one account and
not the other. Any ideas?
